This Privacy Policy explains how Clovera Bridal ("we", "us") handles personal information when you visit cloverabridal.com, contact us, or book an appointment. We keep what we collect to the minimum needed to respond to you and provide our services.
01Information we collect
When you submit the appointment form we collect your name, email address, phone number, preferred appointment date, and any details you choose to share about your wedding. If you contact us by email, phone, or social media, we receive whatever information you include in that message. We do not ask you to create an account.
02How we use your information
We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, arrange and prepare for your appointment, provide gown rental, made-to-measure, bespoke and shipping services, and communicate with you about your order. We do not use it for advertising and we do not sell it.
03Legal basis
We process your information on the basis of your consent when you contact us, and to take steps at your request before entering into a service agreement. Where we keep limited records of past enquiries and orders, we do so for our legitimate interest in running the business and honouring our work.
04Sharing
We share personal information only with providers who help us operate — for example our email provider, website host, and, for shipped orders, the courier and any customs agents needed to deliver to you. They may use the information only to perform that service for us. We may also disclose information where required by law.
05International transfers
We are based in Vietnam and serve clients worldwide. If you contact us from another country, your information will be transferred to and processed in Vietnam, and by service providers that may be located elsewhere. We take reasonable steps to protect it wherever it is processed.
06Cookies and analytics
This website does not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. It stores a small preference in your browser to remember your chosen language. The embedded map and any embedded video are served by Google and may set their own cookies when you interact with them.
07Data retention
We keep enquiry and appointment details only as long as needed to assist you and, if you become a client, for the length of your order plus a reasonable period afterwards for accounting and aftercare. We delete or anonymise information we no longer need.
08Your rights
You may ask us to confirm what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you may withdraw your consent to further contact at any time. Email cloverabridal@gmail.com and we will respond as soon as we can.
09Security
Appointment requests are delivered to a private business mailbox over an encrypted connection, and we limit access to your information to the people who need it to help you. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect it.
10Children
Our services and this website are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
