These Terms apply to appointments, quotations, and orders with Clovera Bridal. The price, deposit, timeline and inclusions for your gown are set out in the individual order agreement you receive and sign before work begins; where that agreement differs from these Terms, the agreement applies.
01Our services
Clovera Bridal offers gown rental from our collections, made-to-measure gowns produced to your measurements, fully bespoke design, and insured worldwide shipping. Availability of a particular style, fabric, or date is confirmed at the time of booking.
02Appointments
Appointments are booked through the form on this website or by direct contact and are confirmed by email. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule. We hold appointment slots in good faith and may release a slot after a significant unnotified delay.
03Quotations and pricing
Prices are quoted individually based on design, fabric, and construction. A quotation is valid for the period stated on it, and prices are fixed only once your order agreement is signed and your deposit received. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude shipping, taxes, and any customs duties.
04Orders, deposits and payment
A deposit is required to reserve your date and begin work; the amount and payment schedule are set out in your order agreement. The balance is due before final fitting, collection, or dispatch. We begin production only once the deposit has cleared.
05Fittings and alterations
Made-to-measure and bespoke orders include the number of fittings stated in your agreement. It is your responsibility to attend scheduled fittings; additional fittings or alterations needed for reasons outside our workmanship, including changes in your measurements, may be charged. Rental gowns include standard sizing adjustments only.
06Production timelines
We give an estimated completion date for every order and work to meet it, but dates are estimates and not guaranteed. We recommend starting a made-to-measure or bespoke order well ahead of your wedding. Rush production may be possible for an additional fee.
07Changes to a design
Minor changes may be possible during production and will be confirmed in writing, along with any cost or timeline impact. Significant changes after production has started may not be possible, or may be treated as a new order.
08Cancellations and refunds
Deposits are non-refundable, as they reserve your date and cover design and preparation work. Made-to-measure and bespoke orders cannot be cancelled for a refund once production has begun, because each gown is made for one client. If we are unable to fulfil an order, we refund amounts paid for the unfulfilled part.
09Rental terms
Rental gowns are provided for the agreed period and must be returned by the agreed date in the condition supplied, allowing for normal wear. A security deposit or damage waiver may apply. Cleaning is arranged by us; you are responsible for the cost of repair or replacement for damage beyond normal wear, for loss, and for late return.
10Shipping and delivery
Shipped orders are packed, insured, and sent by tracked courier. Risk passes to you once the gown is handed to the courier. Delivery times are estimates. Import duties, taxes, and customs charges in the destination country are your responsibility.
11Your responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate measurements and information, attending fittings, making payments on schedule, and inspecting your gown on receipt. Please tell us about any concern with fit or finish promptly so we can put it right.
12Intellectual property
All designs, patterns, sketches, and photographs created by Clovera Bridal remain our property. We may photograph finished gowns for our portfolio and marketing; if you would prefer we not use images that identify you, tell us in writing and we will respect that.
13Liability
We are responsible for the quality of our workmanship and materials. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.
14Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. We will always try to resolve any concern with you directly first.
